Tony Carta
NASA KSC
Anthony Carta is a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Kennedy Space Center (KSC) engineer in the Communications and Tracking (C&T) group. He began his career at KSC working for United Space Alliance testing Space Shuttle Radio Frequency (RF) communications and navigation systems in the C&T Lab. At the end of the Shuttle program, Anthony transitioned to the NASA Communications and Tracking group supporting the Constellation Program and then the Space Launch System (SLS) and Orion Human Exploration Program vehicles. He is currently designing and building the Radio Frequency and Telemetry Station (RFTS), a successor to the Shuttle era C&T Labs. Anthony received his Bachelor’s degree in Space Science and Master’s degree in Space Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
