For more over 25 years, Elizabeth Zink-Pearson has served the needs of health care providers around the country. As a founding member of Pearson & Bernard, PSC in 1998, Liz brought her extensive experience in health law and employment law to the firm along with her characteristic informal, non-legal approach to problem-solving for clients in the ever-changing world of health care. Over the years, Liz’s practice expanded to include corporate organization, merger and acquisitions, and corporate compliance for health care providers. Consistent with the firm’s mission to counsel and educate clients, Ms. Pearson lectures frequently for state and national trade associations on many legal topics including Medicare compliance, Fraud and Abuse, Corporate Compliance, Employment Practices and Fair Labor Standards Act compliance. Outside the firm, Liz is an adjunct Professor of Health Law at Chase College of Law and she has shared her legal background with many community charitable groups including the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers, was counsel and Board Member of the Faith Community Pharmacy, a local charitable pharmacy, and on the Board of Directors for the National Family Caregivers Association.
