Devin Crosby
Director of Athletics
Lynn University

Devin Crosby and his wife, Cindy, have two daughters, Reese and Reagan. He became Lynn University’s seventh director of intercollegiate athletics on May 4, 2015, bringing with him a track record of success at the Division I level. Since his arrival, Crosby has built an athletics culture of spirit, service and strength—values he developed with President Kevin M. Ross to align with university attributes. Crosby has pursued an aggressive strategy to ensure student-athlete success while elevating the Fighting Knights’ national profile. He has advanced Lynn’s athletic programs through fundraising, capital improvement projects, student academic support, sport expansion, public speaking, budget growth and community outreach. Crosby solidified a four-year, $1 million agreement with adidas, the most lucrative university apparel agreement in NCAA Division II, and initiated capital projects at Bobby Campbell Stadium, de Hoernle Sports and Cultural Center and Lynn’s baseball complex. Crosby is also focused on Lynn student-athletes’ academic success. The university’s more than 285 student athletes, representing 18 varsity programs, held a combined 3.39 GPA since his arrival. Further improving the student-athlete experience, Crosby facilitated the Student-Athlete Career Connection program. It guides student-athletes toward their professional passion, connects them with internships and job opportunities, and prepares them for lifelong success. Furthermore, Lynn’s fan experience was elevated under Crosby’s leadership. Admission to Lynn events is free thanks to sponsors, complimentary childcare and concessions are provided for Saturday games, and game programs and tickets have gone paperless. The Crosby family resides in Boca Raton, FL.
