A member of the Saint Leo University community for 30 years. Started at Saint Leo in 1988 as a part-time men's soccer coach and has progressed into current role as Vice-President and Director of Athletics. Is Saint Leo all-time leader in wins for men's soccer, was a two-time Sunshine State Conference Coach of the Year, has been a three-time Under-Armour AD of the Year, and the Lions have finished in the Top Five in the Learfield Director's Cup two of the last three years. Reidy served as President of the D2ADA, and was the Chair of the NCAA Division 2 Championships Committee. Currently is the Chair of the D2 NCAA Regionalization Working Group and on the NCAA D2 Men's Basketball National Committee.
