• Patti is a sports executive and an industry leader on women’s career advancement with over 30-years of experience in the sports industry. She has dedicated her career to coaching, mentoring, and inspiring women at all levels, in all industries. • Patti has worked in the sports industry in various capacities, first as a collegiate coach, then at the NCAA, and the Kansas City Sports Commission. • Most recently, Patti has been the CEO of Women Leaders in College Sports since 2010, and under her leadership the organization has seen triple-digit growth in membership, has grown the National Convention attendance by 250%, and expanded its membership to include men and women from professional sports leagues and corporations • Known for her tireless commitment to women’s advancement and development, Phillips is a well-known keynote speaker on topics such as leadership, teamwork, and culture. She has a Tedx Talk on the topic of potential, hosts the Women Leaders Podcast, and has been quoted in the New York Times.
