Rob joined the Florida College System Activities Association as Associate Director on October 1, 2021, and also serves as Athletics Commissioner for the association's 25 schools who participate as members of the NJCAA. Nationally, he represents Region 8 on the NJCAA's Board of Regents and is also a member of the NJCAA's Swimming & Diving and Division II Volleyball committees. Prior to joining the FCSAA, he had embarked upon his 24th season with Tallahassee Community College’s Athletics Department and had served as Director of Athletics since January 1, 2009.
