Stefanie Pryor currently serves as the Chief of Financial Systems and Reporting for the Architect of the Capitol. Ms. Pryor has over 15 years of federal financial experience across accounting, finance, budget, and systems. She served as Department of Defense Office of Secretary of Defense, Program and Financial Control lead for the Enterprise Funds Distribution (EFD) system, including accessibility and standardization of nomenclature, reprogrammings, and reporting across the military services and the other defense organizations. She lead the Defense Departmental Reporting System-Audited Financial System (AFS) and Data Collection Module (DCM), including rolling out one of the first DoD-wide Common Access Card (CAC) deployments and Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS). At the Department of Homeland Security Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, she started on the accounts payable team and ended up as Quality Assurance and Data Integrity branch chief. Prior to her federal service, she worked in private and non-profit sectors.
