Marc Mancher is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting and leads its Federal Shared Services, Contact Center, Transformation, Mission Analytics, Robotics, and Cognitive businesses. Prior to his current role, he led Deloitte’s commercial Insourcing and Outsourcing Advisory business. Over the past 20 years, Marc has advised, built, run, and/or operated IT, HR and Finance centers on and off-shore. Marc was an early pioneer in RPA and the founder of Deloitte Process Robotics. Marc has been called upon to speak, be quoted, and published in the Financial Times, Fortune Magazine, WSJ, Government Computer News, Inside Supplier Management, and a variety of other publications.
