Christine Turner has worked for the Department of Health and Human Services for over eleven years. She is currently the Acting Branch Chief of the Financial Control Branch at the Program Support Center (PSC). In this position she is responsible for coordinating the General Ledger transactions for all of PSC’s customer agencies and assists them with their budget and accounting activity. Prior to this position Christine worked on HHS’s Oracle upgrade managing the implementation of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and determining the impact of the upgrade on GL, Budget, and GTAS processes.
