James Ottolini or “Otto” is the Chief of Brewing Operations for Brew Hub (a partner-brewing company which helps craft brewers grow). He has been in this industry for over 25 years, received the 2012 Russell Schehrer Award for Innovation in Craft Brewing and serves as a professor at Washington University in Saint Louis. His background in literature, engineering, sculpture, brewing and business finds brewing the perfect milieu for expressing his passion for the arts and sciences.
