Cecillia ZHENG leads IHS Markit's Southeast Asian power market research and consulting, and has a deep understanding of the gas and power markets. Prior to joining IHS Markit, Ms. Zheng worked with Alstom Power (now GE Power) , where she was responsible for market intelligence on power generation fuel competition for both thermal and renewable resources.
