Mr. Recca Liem has more than 13 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure industries. He has been a strategic adviser and long-term partner for the public and private sectors. He has advised a wide range of clients on matters not limited to corporate and commercial strategy, market and project economics, financial and risk analysis, industry policy and regulation, asset operation and management, technology innovation and evolution, as well as business analytics and modelling. In recent years, he has extensively engaged in topics related to energy and environmental transition, and developed deep knowledge in decentralized generation, energy storage, microgrid, smart grid, new energy mobility etc. and their associated business and financing models. His project experience spreads across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and the Americas, and he brings in international perspectives and heterogeneous insights to parties with different interests.
