Matthew has been with RJM International since university, quickly working his way up from Assistant Project Engineer to Project Manager in the UK based head office. In 2017, Matthew developed and lead RJM’s APAC growth plan by incorporating a new subsidiary company and setting up operations in Singapore, where he now works as Head of Business Development & Operations. Matthew has excellent experience in large-scale retrofit projects, converting aging thermal plants to low-NOx and efficient performance through the application of innovative and detailed combustion engineering.
