Yang Shicong is a Lead Engineer in Rolls Royce Singapore Pte Ltd. His research interests include Grid compliance of distributed generators, Power system stability, Renewable Energy Systems & Hybrid Power System Design. He is currently involved in the system design and development of an islanded microgrids integrating diesel engine gensets, energy storages and renewable power generators.
