Yasuoki has over 25 years of experience with gas turbine engineering, design, and maintenance service. Since joining Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, ltd., he has worked on all stages of gas turbine engineering from design to maintenance. He is currently working as the engineering manager for the gas turbine service division of MHI to improve gas turbine reliability. He has led projects focusing on root cause failure diagnosis, failure prevention through proactive remote monitoring, lifetime extension of hot parts, and reliability improvements. For those reliability improvements, he has overseen extensive verification of gas turbine including component analysis and failure investigations.
