Mikell O’Mealy manages the Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment and Resilience (CEADIR) Activity, funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), to accelerate finance and investment for clean energy development, sustainable landscapes management, and climate change resilience in Asia and worldwide. As a Senior Associate in Climate Change with Abt Associates, Ms. O’Mealy leads global and country-specific projects working with donors, multilateral development banks, and the private sector. Prior to joining Abt Associates, she served as USAID’s Eastern Caribbean Climate Change Advisor working to strengthen the resilience of small island nations. She also served in USAID’s Regional Development Mission for Asia and in USAID’s Russia Mission, designing and managing clean energy, climate change, and sustainable development initiatives in Asia Pacific.
