Melissa Glynn was confirmed by the Senate as Assistant Secretary for the VA Office of Enterprise Integration on November 8, 2017. In this role, she oversees efforts to strengthen operational capabilities across VA and enhance the department’s ability to anticipate and rapidly adapt to the needs of America’s Veterans and their loved ones. Prior to her nomination, Dr. Glynn led the public sector practice at Alvarez and Marsal – the world’s largest turnaround consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she served as a principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for more than 60 consulting projects at VA. As Assistant Secretary, Dr. Glynn works to shape VA’s future by leveraging leading practices in healthcare, benefits delivery and customer service to improve VA business operations. A native of New Jersey, Dr. Glynn is a graduate of Rutgers and the University of Arizona. She is the daughter and granddaughter of Veterans.
