Kate Juelis serves as Counsel for the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources’ Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. She specializes in offshore oil, gas, and wind policy. Prior to joining the Committee, she was based in Houston, Texas, where she worked for a research and development consulting firm. While in law school at the University of Texas, she clerked for the Railroad Commission of Texas and the Texas Oil and Gas Association. Kate holds Government and History degrees from Georgetown University.
