Paul Rich

Mr. Rich has over 15 years in the energy field and currently serves as Project Development Director for US Wind, a Maryland-based offshore wind company. Recently, Mr. Rich served as the Development Officer for Deepwater Wind. Mr. Rich previously served as Chief Development Officer for Cross Hudson Cable LLC and as Chief Operating Officer of the Neptune Regional Transmission System. Prior to his involvement in the energy field, Mr. Rich served 11 years in the US Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander and receiving two Navy Commendation Medals. Paul Rich graduated with a BS in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
