Claire Guillemin is an IP expert specialized in the fragrance industry. Her dissertation Law & Odeur addresses various legal challenges particular to the industry. Guillemin advised the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) on its EU advocacy strategy in the area of trade secret legislation. She also advises individual perfumers and small fragrance manufacturers on intellectual property matters.
