Mr. Rick San Miguel is a native of Texas. Mr. San Miguel enlisted in the Army in 1975 and retired in August 1997 at Fort Gordon. He is a Department of the Army civilian and has been working in Doctrine since October 1997 and presently holds the position of the Cyber CoE Lessons and Best Practices Government Lead at the Cyber CoE. His background spans 42 years of service to the U.S. Army.
