Previous Chairman of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, 21 years previously as the Executive Vice President of Miller’s Ale House Restaurants, overseeing 70 locations, with over 7000 employees in 10 states. Dave has received a Doctorate of Food service award from NAFEM and was named one of the “Faces of Hospitality” for the state of Florida.
