Colonel Steven D. Rehn received his commission through ROTC at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina where he graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Systems Management- Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology and a Master in Strategic Studies Degree from the United States Army War College (USAWC). He now serves as the TRADOC Capability Manager (TCM) for Cyber at Ft Gordon, GA.
