Mr. Lee Taylor is a 2007 graduate of Shepherd University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Sciences and is retired from the U.S Army. Mr. Taylor is currently serving as the Chief of the Infrastructure Applications Branch of the Applications Division for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Services Directorate, where he is the Program Management Office lead for Identity and Access Management. Mr. Taylor previously served as the Identity Credential and Access Management Program Manager at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, and as the Chief of Enterprise Directory Services at DISA. After retiring from the Army, Mr. Taylor worked in the telecommunications and IT industries in engineering and project management roles, for several years, prior to startihng his career with DISA.
