Werner Nowotny is Manager Park Operations at Movie Park Germany. At 48, he already has 24 years of experience in the industry and worked previously for Europa-Park, Warner Bros Movie World, LEGOLAND, and Sea Life. As operations leader, his main focusses are health & safety, the guest experience, revenue and interaction. Werner estimates that during his career, he lead already more than 700 Park Duty Manager shifts.
