Edward R. Hall Jr. (Bob) is the President of Sabine Solutions, a veteran owned Small business that provides Intelligence and Information Systems Design, Development, Integration, and Fielding services to the DoD and Intelligence Community. He directs a small team of architects, integrators and software developers supporting currently deployed and next generation systems. Mr Hall has over 40 years of military and contractor experience in Tactical, Strategic, Joint, Combined, and International environments. He has supported our DoD Forces as a systems engineer, intelligence analyst, intelligence investigator, and project leader at every DoD level of intelligence operations. His primary goal has been to provide solutions and the required critical information to the soldiers and leaders in the field. His recent efforts have included fielding new tailored systems and sensors where they are needed most in the area of operations. His and Sabine Solution's latest initiative is the Assured Bridge solution that allows Small Businesses to efficiently meet the requirements of NIST 800-171 while focusing on driving business and support to the customer.
