Mr. Jay Roy is the CEO of OMNI Technologies, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides system engineering, integration, cybersecurity and software development services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). In this new venture he is responsible for directing the operational tasks and strategic vision of the firm. He works closely with the senior staff to ensure client services are performed to corporate standards and ultimately meets the requirements of the customer. Mr. Roy has 18 plus years of technical and leadership experience in the information technology field. Of those years the majority have been in the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) arenas for cutting-edge projects within the DoD and IC. His most recent experiences include providing Lead-Security Engineer/Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to strategic DoD and IC programs that have helped shape the future of Big Data, Cloud Computing and Compute Services in the market. He is an instrumental player in the development and implementation of many information security programs, systems and technologies throughout the community and is a skilled problem solver with extensive experience in assessing, planning and resourcing projects within a diverse range of clients and requirements. His main goal is to provide the customer with a solution that not only meets their current operational requirements and mandates but also includes a strategic approach to endure the requirements of the future.
