Dan Lawson is currently the Chief of Technology and Co-Founder of STRAND Clinical Technologies, a rapidly-growing suite of solutions that bridges clinical pharmacy with the retail landscape. STRAND is used by clinical pharmacists across the country to combat chronic disease by providing intervention strategies and revolutionizing communication between healthcare providers. Mr. Lawson has an extensive background in web development, user interface design and user experience design. He has worked with the Department of Defense (DOD) for over 15 years helping to develop their online training environment. He has also been an integral part of multiple successful start-up companies to include web development agencies and local marketing businesses within the community. STRAND was recently presented with the 2018 Small Business Rock Star Award in Georgia by the Georgia Economic Development Authority. STRAND has also been a recent recipient of the Bulldog 100 award presented by the University of Georgia to the top 100 most rapidly growing businesses in America that are graduate-owned.
