Mr. Chad F. Acey was appointed to the Defense Intelligence Senior Level in December 2016. In this capacity he serves as the Senior Cyber Advisor to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command Commanding General, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, and staff. Recognized as Intelligence and Security Command's subject matter expert on cyberspace operations, he provides expert advice on: the development and implementation of service cyberspace Operational and Defensive Cyberspace Operational capabilities and integration into Army Foundry functional areas; build out of the division and below cyber requirements and related intelligence capabilities; and coordination and integration of cyber, Signals Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare doctrine and strategic planning.
