Dr. Allen Badeau is the Chief Technology Officer for NCI and the Director of the NCI Center for Rapid Engineering and Agile Technology Exchange (NCI CREATE) Innovation Incubator. With a 20 year history of providing innovative RDT&E solutions to the DoD, he is leading a team of scientists and engineers providing digital transformation solutions in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, C6ISR, and the intelligent internet of things (I2OT).
