Andy Talford has 15 years of experience in healthcare financial management. Starting at the insurance collector level, and working up through the ranks of revenue cycle management, he has broad hands-on experience in overall revenue cycle operations. In addition, Talford has four years of revenue cycle consulting experience, acting in Interim PFS executive positions and strategic consulting in the acute care and oncology settings. Talford has responsibility for revenue cycle departments and functions at Moffitt Cancer Center including claim billing and processing, collection activity (both Insurance and guarantor), customer service, revenue analytics and financial management.
