Pam Little is an award-winning communicator with over 20 years of HR communications consulting experience. Her clients have included some of the largest and most well-known organizations in the world, including AECOM, Fox Entertainment, Northrop Grumman, Securitas Security Services, Prudential Retirement, Transamerica, CKE (Carls Jr./Hardees), and more. In addition to creating highly effective campaigns, Pam has won nearly 100 awards for employee communications excellence and creativity. With AECOM, she recently won Best Internal Communications Campaign in the World from the American Business Association (ABA) three years in a row and in 2016 she won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Best Internal Communications Campaigns in the world from the International Business Association (IBA). Additionally, she has been awarded six Gold Quills from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and was asked to be a judge for the IABC Gold Quill Awards competition last year. She has also served on the Western Pensions and Benefits Council (WPBC) Committee, focusing on their member communications. At Blue Communications, Pam and her team develop employee communications and technology solutions for mergers/acquisitions, change management, HR initiatives, benefits open enrollment, holistic wellness initiatives and much more. Her expertise includes eCommunications such as mobile first approaches, web design and content architecture, as well as traditional communications such as print promotional/educational materials, interactive presentations, video and more. Pam started her career with Buck Consultants, then moved to Towers Perrin, and then to Blue Communications. She has a Journalism degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
