Suzanne Walden-Wells is a passionate, authentic leader with more than twenty-five years of experience building and managing successful teams, organizations and relationships. She is a Partner and Chief Engagement Officer for DMB Community Life, a company dedicated to creating special places where people lead richer, more fulfilling lives. DMB Community Life is an innovative market leader providing association management and developer services with an emphasis on resident engagement, collaboration, local partnerships, and community governance. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Suzanne oversees Community Life™ at Eastmark, a master-planned community in the Phoenix East Valley region recognized for three years running as the top selling community in Arizona, and within the top 10 nationally. There she oversees the daily operations of three governing entities, staff and amenities – all aimed at crystalizing Eastmark’s vision of Community Life and fulfilling its brand promise. Active in many causes and organizations, Suzanne serves on the boards of Mesa Arts Center Foundation, Arizona Citizens for the Arts and is a past president of the board of Scottsdale Leadership and Workshops for Youth and Families. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and received a Certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in May 2017. Suzanne relocated to Arizona in the fall of 1998 with her husband Clay Wells. The couple live in the Willo historic district of downtown Phoenix with their four rescue pets.
