Ulrike Dahl wanted to be Germany’s youngest Hotel Director, after which she grew into the family business where she is currently HR Director. Strawberry & Co dominate her life. Because of that, she is used to the fact that a company can stretch from 20 employees to a few thousand. She is responsible for ‘Karls Academy’, providing training and teaching to the staff. Whenever she is recruiting, training or managing people, she believes that it is important to feel and to love humans. She lives her life to the fullest, believing that you should burn when you have a big fire!
