Sara Liparesi is the managing director of Eatalyworld, the management company of FICO Eataly World Park. From the first step pf the opening project she designed the organizational structure and business model and she managed the processes configuration and set up. She was in charge of the third party relationship management including the different project stakeholders and the institutional players. She now manages the FICO central operations including administration&finance, HR, IT and the FICO’s business development in Italy and abroad. Previously she gained seven years management consulting experience in the field of Retail and Consumer Products and a deep expertise on sales networks management and performance improvement, organizational transformation and change management.
