Christiane Egger is Deputy Manager of the OÖ Energiesparverband, the energy agency of Upper Austria, and the manager of the Cleantech-Cluster Energy, a network of over 150 companies active in renewable energy and energy efficiency. She has led the development of this successful network since its beginning over 15 years. She has over 20 years of experience in driving the clean energy transition with an emphasis on the development and implementation of sustainable energy strategies, programmes and projects on regional, national, European and international levels. She is Conference Director of the World Sustainable Energy Days and Vice-President of Fedarene, the European Federation of Regional Energy and Environment Agencies. She holds Degrees in Law and in Environmental Engineering.
