Dr. Shawna Strickland is a respiratory therapist and Associate Executive Director at the American Association for Respiratory Care, leading the education, customer service, and membership departments. She earned her doctorate in philosophy with an emphasis in education leadership & policy study in 2010. Dr. Strickland is also an adjunct professor at Rush University in Chicago.
