Kolja Schwarz has more than 10 years of industry experience, mostly in different departments within Siemens. This includes sales for large gas turbine service business, strategic marketing and business development in the area of gas- and steam turbines as well as generators and compressors. In 2014, Kolja became head of strategic planning for the Siemens division Power Generation responsible for regional strategies and capital market days. In 2015, he became responsible for the sales and market introduction of next generation large gas turbine portfolio. In his current role, he is head of HL-class gas turbine portfolio management and is focusing on the market introduction and sales for HL-class. Kolja completed his diploma degree in industrial engineering from German institute of Berlin School of Economics & Technical University of applied science.
