Dr. Christine Materazzi-Wagner is director for electricity at E-Control, dealing with technical and energy economic issues related to electricity regulation in Austria and in the EU, especially the implementation of the 3rd package. She was leading the ACER team on system operation and is chairing the ACER task force on infrastructure. Christine is graduated electrical engineer and works in the energy sector since 1995. She is experienced in the areas engineering, development cooperation, research and management consulting.
