First degree of electrical engineering at University of Technology Graz in 1997 followed by activity as an assitent professor at department of electrical power systems in the fields of EMC, Power-quality and e-learning. Since 2003 employed at Netz OOE as Power Quality Manager also responsible for the integration of DG. Since 2007 Netz OOE has been participating in several R & D projects in the field of Smart Grids and Grid-monitoring. Since 2016 Technical manager of electrical grid Netz OÖ; Andreas Abart is an expert in the fields of Power-Quality and EMC ande has been providing papers about electromagnetic fields, PQ-Monitoring, Networkmonitoring by smart meters as well as Integration of decentralized generation, Smart Metering and Smart Grids.
