Marco Pasquadibisceglie got a M.SC and a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. He joined the regulator as Officer in November 2008 and he started dealing with settlement and load profiles issues. He had a 6 years’ experience (from October 2009 to February 2016) at Edison, a private Italian utility where he worked for the Regulatory Affairs Department focusing on ancillary service market, imbalances regulation and capacity market. In March 2016 he joined the Italian Regulator again. Now he works for the European Regulation Office and his main interests are capacity calculation, system operation and balancing market design. He also cooperates with the pilot projects about the integration of renewables and demand response within the ancillary service market.
