Adam Wiśniewski is a director at PwC Poland in Drone Powered Solutions team. DPS is the first and globally unique Centre of Excellence powered by PwC. It specializes in commercial and industrial usage of drone technologies and helps clients from various industries to maximize the potential offered by drones and geospatial data. Adam leads the team which consists of professionals with various background – from management consultants with business experience to engineers and photogrammetry and cartography specialists. In recent years, he has focused on practical implementation of drone enabled services, such as data gathering, cloud GIS/ortho processing and asset maintenance and construction supervision. He holds a Master’s Degree from Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking, as well as BVLOS Certificate for drone operators. Key projects that he led include: • Successful field testing and implementation of drone technology application in construction supervision • Participation in developing data gathered by drones utilization in capital projects supervision • Implementation of drone technology applications in local surveys of natural disasters damages and crop damages in major insurance company • Transformation of project management process of active strategic gas pipeline construction including data processing and analysis • Supervision of construction contracts in A4 highway construction with multiple contractors and different areas
