Mr. Garner is an ecologist and environmental professional with 23-years of experience specializing in avian ecology, wetlands, environmental assessments, ecological monitoring, threatened and endangered species surveys, habitat restoration, and conservation planning. Mr. Garner serves as ENERCON's avian and bat technical lead, as well as wildlife management specialist for planning, coordinating, participating, and managing avian and wildlife studies associated with conventional and renewable energy projects across the United States.
