Bill is the Chief Operations Officer for KTA-Tator Inc. (KTA), where he has worked for 39 years. He has an AD in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. He has multiple certifications from SSPC and NACE, is a course instructor for both SSPC and KTA, and is a recipient of multiple awards from SSPC and ASTM, and the Chair of the SSPC Dry Film Thickness Committee and Education and Certification Committee.
