Pamela Hutchinson began her career in Human Resources in the corporate segment before gravitating to the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sector. With over 20 years in PEO experience, she has served in roles from Director of Benefits to Human Resources Account Management. Pam has been with Oasis Outsourcing for 4 and ½ years serving as an HR Relationship Manager. She provides Human Resources support to her Central Florida client base ranging from HR Best Practices, Custom Handbooks, job descriptions, Employee Relations support, onsite training, Performance Management, benefits administration and 401K.
