Elysse joined Kingsley Associates in 2008 and was named vice president in 2013. Her focus is on the multifamily sector, and she leads customized research programs for prominent industry owners, operators and service providers. Elysse also specializes in Kingsley’s employee engagement studies, establishing powerful connections between employee engagement and resident satisfaction. With a background in hospitality, Elysse takes a very service-oriented approach to her projects. She often represents Kingsley Associates at real estate industry events and has been a featured author in BOMA Magazine. Internally, Elysse is responsible for general operations in the San Francisco office, and she leads the recruiting, training and development of San Francisco associates. She also plays a key role on the technical survey team, designing and programming Kingsley’s cutting-edge online research tools. Elysse serves on the marketing and project management committees and is involved in business development initiatives. Elysse graduated magna cum laude from Boston University’s School of Management with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Administration. She is a kickboxing and outdoors enthusiast and is also involved with several local non-profit organizations as a co-chair of the Princess Project’s Volunteer and Hospitality Committee and dedicated member of Big Brother Big Sister Bay Area.
