Janice Brown has been with Pet Partners since 2013 and is the Director of People & Organization (HR), overseeing all areas of payroll, total rewards, talent acquisition, associate relations and learning and development. During her tenure, Pet Partners has grown through its M&A model near 400% with 2100 employees in 27 states and also joined the veterinary division of Mars, Inc. Prior to her time at Pet Partners, Janice spent 10 years as a Human Resource Manager for an international supermarket chain.
