As vice president of global product management, Jessica Griffin leads the design and development of Kronos Workforce Ready, the fastest-growing human capital management (HCM) suite on the market. Deployed by nearly 20,000 organizations of all sizes and across all industries, Griffin leverages an extensive background in user experience design and design thinking methodology to deliver innovative and intuitive solutions for talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, human resources, workforce management, and payroll services in a single, unified platform. Prior to Kronos, Griffin worked with SAP where she led teams of product managers, researchers, and designers focused on design thinking and innovation. She received formal training at the D-School in Design Thinking at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut in Potsdam, Germany and is currently obtaining certifications with the American Payroll Association and Society of Human Resource Management.
