Patricia Cabral-Mercado (MBA) leads several teams dedicated to providing key services to Northwestern Mutual’s financial representatives. Patricia has worked at Northwestern Mutual for more than 18 years in a variety of roles in technology, including development, support, and program management. Patricia has implemented multi-million-dollar projects and programs, formed high-performing teams, and delivered business outcomes through various project methodologies, including agile delivery methods. Patricia’s ability to see beyond to current state to envision and communicate better alternatives contributes to her aptitude for influencing and leading peers. Her talent in partnering with and developing strong relationships with business partners have helped her to drive strong and successful outcomes.

In her current role as an engineering manager, she is dedicated to moving the agile development mindset forward and promoting the growth and development of her teams. Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and MBA from Marquette University.
