Arthur Higbee is a Director in KPMG’s People & Change practice in Washington D.C. He has been working with clients in the US, Asia and Australia for 20 years on the people side of technology-enabled transformations. He was recently with KPMG’s Global HR Center of Excellence, refreshing the behavioral change management methodology with the latest thinking and developing a new “Powered Enterprise” approach to Cloud transformations. From his extensive experience guiding clients through SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Workday implementations, he has learned that for transformational projects to be successful, companies need to focus on their people as much as they do their processes and technology. He works with clients to detail their expected change journeys and to develop holistic and agile programs that draw from well-tested change management, learning and development, organizational design and talent management tools and techniques.
